What to Expect Here

We started this blog because most of what gets written about small business websites is either too generic to act on or written for people who already work in tech.

That's the gap we want to close.

What you'll find here

Short, practical posts on the same questions our clients ask:

  • Why are leads coming in but not converting?
  • What follow-up actually moves a quote into a closed deal?
  • Which numbers should we be watching, and which ones don't matter?
  • How do we set up the back office so we stop dropping things?

Each post will name a specific problem and show what we've seen work. When we have numbers, we'll show them. When we don't, we'll say so.

How we write

We try to follow three rules:

  1. Name the cost of doing nothing. If a problem isn't expensive, it's not worth a post.
  2. Show, don't claim. If we say something works, we'll point to the evidence.
  3. Stay grounded. No "revolutionary." No "next-level." Just what the business actually does and what changes when you fix it.
